It's not what I'm used to!
Our gym is different, located in the center of Kingaroy you'll notice it doesn't have a group fitness room, or rows of cardio gear. The equipment isn't all one brand, this is by design, read on to understand a bit more why we are unique - in the best kind of way and some important policy information.

Our Gear
We have a range of brands, each selected because they are the best tool for the job and IPF (International Powerlifting Federation) legal where applicable - so if you want to know you where you sit compared with the rest of the world - you are training on the same gear as the the best in the world.
Our space
This is not like any other gym you have been to, we dont have rows and rows of cardio gear, we dont have group fitness classes, we know who we are, who our members are and what our mission is, make more stronger! And we have everything we need to get that done!

Is it crowded though?
We are limiting our number of memberships! Yes, this may seem crazy, most gyms want the whole world to sign up right? We don't want the gym to be overcrowded. We are gym junkies too, we know there is nothing more frustrating than coming in to smash a bench PB and not being able to get on one!
Can I film myself
Sometimes this is a great way to record personal achievements or communicate with a coach, but we all know what a pain it can be if someone is faffing about with camera stands and hogging space/time. So our policy is simple, if you want to be filmed - ask one of our staff and let them do it for you, also - check with other people if they are going to be in your shot, they might not want to be - and that's fair enough!

Headphones, music
If you like "pump you up" music like Motley Crue, Guns and Roses, the Rocky soundtrack, you are going to love the music, no headphones needed, but workout whichever way works best for you, just be conscious and considerate of the people around you.
Toilets, change rooms
We have a unisex change room in the gym, and toilets. The change room is also a "Selfie Studio" with a big mirror and our patented "Selfie Shelfie" you can put your phone on in selfie mode to take the ultimate selfie, and some tips for posing on the wall, to look your best, and of course, lighting at just the right angle to make you look as amazing as you are!

Drinks and stuff
We have a fully stocked vending machine with everything from bottled water to protein cookies, we recommend bringing a bottle of water but if you forget, we got what you need next to reception
Towels
Bring a towel! Nobody wants to lie down on your sweat, and if you aren't sweating - work harder! If you don't have one, we have some available that are reasonably priced. Just wipe equipment down after you are done and everybody wins.

Be nice!
We don't care if you are 7ft tall and 200kg or 5 foot tall and 40kg and identify as a bunny rabbit, we are all equal under the bar, your best is your best and as long as that is what you are trying to achieve, you should feel welcome. Be considerate of others, if you want to play with your phone - that's cool, but don't do it sitting on equipment for 10 minutes, imagine how you would feel if someone made you wait like that. To quote the OG of kindness - JC, "Do unto others as you would have others do unto you" it makes sense to me.
Parking
There is plenty of parking on the main street, (Kingaroy street) or there is a Huge carpark around the back

The chitty chat couch!

-
Mum called
-
This chick totes wants me
-
OMG, Taylor Swift eats what kind of potato!!!

These are all very good reasons to stare into your phone for 10 minutes and that's cool, so we have place just for that, the Zen zone! If something important comes up when you are in the middle of a workout, jump off that piece of equipment, go relax on the couch in the zen zone to some chilled music and when you're done, get back to it, don't be that person that sits on the leg extension browsing Instagram for 40 minutes, you're better than that - and the couch in the zen zone is such a nice place to chill!
Broken stuff?
I am just too mighty, I broke a thing!
Equipment breaks, its a fact of life, no matter how good it is, it happens sometimes. You aren't paying for a gym full of broken stuff! If something does break, or you find it broken, let the staff know and it'll be fixed or replaced as soon as is possible. On that note, most Olympic bars are good for around 250kg's any more weight than that and they start to bend, if that's where you are lifting - let the staff know and we'll get you the special barbells that are good for up-to 500KG! (we have 3 of these)
